Our attorneys have vast experiences litigating disputes on behalf of both landlords and tenants.  Our services for landlords include, but are not limited to advising and drafting leases, rules and regulations; pursuing debts from tenants; handling unruly or uncooperative tenants; and advising with respect that problems that may arise during a tenancy.

We are also proud to represent tenants, including Kutztown University students.  We have successfully negotiated and litigated claims against landlords and have obtained monetary judgments on behalf of tenants.

Our attorneys are intimately familiar with the Landlord-Tenant Act in Pennsylvania and are happy to assist in resolving disputes.
